Training & Placement Cell
The training and placement cell provides placement services to students through campus interviews. Many multinational and well-known companies regularly visit IIOP for campus placement every year.
Indala Institute of Pharmacy, Kalyan is committed to developing dynamism, strong human values, technocratic and good leadership qualities in all students. The institute maintains strong links with industry and receives generous support from various organisations for arranging training and placements to strengthen students' technical and personal skills.
The placement cell has an excellent placement record and most students begin their careers well before graduation. More than 50+ companies have visited IGOI for campus interviews and placements, with an average of 100+ job offers for all students.

The Career Guidance, Training and Placement Cell prepares students for campus recruitment and career readiness through structured training programmes, workshops, and one-on-one guidance.

Industry Exposure
Internship
Students undertake in-plant training and internships at pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, and research organisations as part of their programme requirements. The placement cell coordinates industrial visits, hospital visits, and internship opportunities to provide practical exposure alongside classroom learning.
Hospital visits and industrial training visits are organised throughout the academic year to help students understand real-world pharmacy practice, manufacturing processes, and healthcare settings.
