Grievance Cell
The Grievance Cell at Indala Institute of Pharmacy is established to address complaints, concerns, and feedback from students in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
The cell operates under the supervision of the Principal and is committed to resolving all genuine grievances through a structured and confidential process.

All grievances are treated with strict confidentiality. Information shared will only be used for the purpose of resolving your concern and will not be disclosed without your consent.
Resolution
How It Works
Submit Your Grievance
Fill out the form below with your name, contact details, category, and a detailed description of the issue.
Review & Acknowledgement
The Grievance Cell reviews your submission and sends an acknowledgement within 2 working days.
Resolution Process
The relevant authority is notified and an investigation or review process is initiated as appropriate.
Response & Closure
You receive a formal response within 7 working days. Complex cases may take additional time but you will be kept informed.
