Mrs. Jayshree Mahajan, Founder / President of Kai Bhaskarrao Mahajan Samajik, Sanskrutik Va Shaishnik Sanstha (KBMSSSS), Kalyan (W) is a teacher by profession and has experience of 20+ Years in profession of teaching. She is an excellent social minded, Dynamic and Visionary women. She has vision to provide quality technical education to become center of excellence in the field of education and to fulfill demands of industry and society through sustainable development.

The institute works on the principle of "Empowerment through Education" laid down by Founder President Mrs. Jayashree Mahajan, a Passionate Educationist. Through the support and guidance provided by the Founder President, all the staff and students could work in order to attain a greater goal of achieving academic excellence and institutional recognition.
Students learning under the guardianship of Mrs. Jayashree Mahajan will always emphasize the importance of discipline and good character through their righteous, moral and ethical behaviour. Regardless of the situation if we want to make something happen, we can! Because of the pandemic, several tasks stood in front of me as a General Secretary. We had to conduct everything which happens this year all just by sitting at our respective homes. I sincerely appreciate all the council members who always respected my decisions and helped me in every aspect possible. I would like to present a heartfelt thanks to our Principal Dr. Vaibhav Kulkarni and the council In-charges who kept faith in me and gave me this opportunity to lead the student society 2020–2021. The General Secretary is mainly responsible for all the actions the Council takes, right from compiling the Plans of Action for the council members to maintaining time during meetings with authorities. As the General Secretary, it is my responsibility to set up a general plan of action for the Council. My primary duty is to make sure a majority of the Points of Action discussed are implemented within our tenure. I also stress on complete transparency in all decisions by ensuring that all major decisions are taken with the help of various student polls.
