The library has a wide range of books, National and International journals dedicated to Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The enormous growth in the collection demands creation of various sections such as circulation section, Reference books, Multimedia Section, and Reading Room.
The salient features of the library are Book Jacket display, New arrival book list, Internet access, Open access for Periodicals, spacious reading room, Book Bank Scheme, NDL, Swayam, NPTEL, and E-books.

Reference Service
Open 9:00 am – 4:00 pm except Sundays. Holds a copy of all books for in-library use only.
Borrowing Service
Textbooks issued for seven days. Open 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Computerized Library
Library automation software with online book search by title or author, and issue-return monitoring.
Reprographic Service
Photocopying (Xerox) at ₹2 per page.
OPAC
Online Public Access Catalogue for convenient book and catalogue access.
E-Resources
Access to e-books, e-journals, DOAJ, NPTEL, Swayam, NDL, and national science digital library.
Book Bank
Book Bank scheme for students, supported by Mumbai University Book Bank programme.
Multimedia Facility
Multimedia section open 9:30 am – 4:30 pm for audio-visual learning resources.
Regulations
Library Rules
- 1Library is open from 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- 2Students must register their name in the library to avail library facility.
- 3Maintain silence in the Library. Gossiping and chatting is strictly prohibited.
- 4While borrowing, ensure the book is in proper condition.
- 5After 7 days, ₹2 per day will be charged on overdue material.
- 6Enter name, department, arrival and departure time in the register at the property counter.
- 7Any unreasonable argument with library staff will be treated as misconduct.
- 8Library staff will not be responsible for damage, loss, or theft of costly personal items.
- 9Mobiles, Walkman, and CD players are strictly prohibited in the library.
- 10Reading material should be returned in proper condition within prescribed time.
- 11Newspapers, magazines and journals must be read only in the library on specific tables.
- 12Reference books, unbound journals, periodicals, and technical reports are not issued out.
- 13Students must maintain cleanliness of the library.
- 14Outsiders are not allowed without permission of the concerned authority.
